Pub Casino UK

Pub Casino UK: Bonus, Withdrawals and What Players Say

Pub Casino is a UK-licensed casino with slots, Slingo and live tables, but its withdrawal record is the part to weigh before you sign up. L & L Europe Limited runs it under Gambling Commission account 38758. On 21 October 2026 that licensee agreed to pay £900,000 in a settlement over failings that included withdrawal delays. Trustpilot shows 3.5 out of 5 from 1,153 reviews, and 39% of them give a single star.

Is Pub Casino Licensed and Legit in the UK?

Yes, Pub Casino holds a UK licence through L & L Europe Limited, a company registered in Malta. I checked the Gambling Commission public register on 4 November 2026. Account 38758 has held a remote casino licence since 1 November 2014 and added a real-event betting licence on 3 October 2018, and the register shows pubcasino.co.uk as an active domain. Deposits made there fall under UK rules on age checks, safer gambling tools and complaints.

The brand is younger than the licence it runs on. WHOIS records date Pub Casino's domain to 10 September 2020, almost six years after L & L Europe got its casino licence. The register lists 11 domains under account 38758, with eight active entries covering seven sites, because casinocasino.com appears both with and without www. So the brand is one site in a group. The register entry showed these details on 4 November 2026:

DetailRecord on 4 November 2026
LicenseeL & L Europe Limited, Northfields App 7, Vjal-Indipendenza Street, Mosta, Malta
Casino licenceRemote casino licence 038758-R-319451-016, active since 1 November 2014
Betting licenceGeneral Betting Standard for real events, remote, active since 3 October 2018
Domains11 listed in total, with pubcasino.co.uk among the eight active entries

Lookalike pages are the practical risk. A site at pub-casino.uk.net writes as if it were the operator and shows its own login and register buttons, yet that address does not appear on the UKGC register. Type pubcasino.co.uk into the browser yourself, or use a link you have matched against the register, before you enter any card details. The same register entry lists one regulatory action against the licensee, dated 21 October 2026.

What the £900,000 UKGC Settlement Means for Pub Casino Players

£900,000 is what L & L Europe agreed to pay on 21 October 2026, under a regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission and in place of a financial penalty, for failings between October 2024 and October 2025. The Commission's announcement names allbritishcasino.com, casinocasino.com and hypercasino.com among the licensee's seven websites, not Pub Casino. The brand shares that licence, though. The findings cover the licensee's withdrawal terms and checks rather than any single site, which makes the public statement the best independent evidence on how the group handles cash-outs.

The public statement lists these failings:

  • One withdrawal at a time. The terms allowed "a maximum of one withdrawal at any time", which the Commission found unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Withdrawal reviews. A fraud and collusion policy sent every fifth or tenth withdrawal of some customers to manual review, delaying payouts and sometimes adding document requests that could have come earlier.
  • Missed harm signals. An 18-year-old lost £4,000 in eight minutes. Another customer logged 84 failed deposits in seven days, and the system flagged neither case.

L & L Europe told the regulator that it now withholds payments only for regulatory or legal reasons. The Commission found the one-withdrawal term unfair, yet on 4 November 2026 the withdrawal article on the help centre that all eight L & L Europe casinos share, Pub Casino included, still said players "may only request one withdrawal at a time". That article was last updated in September 2024 and also says a request cannot be cancelled. Until it changes, plan for one open withdrawal at a time. The same article tells players to withdraw to the banking details they used for their last deposit.

Pub Casino Withdrawal Limits, Fees and Payout Times

£10 is the minimum and £5,000 the maximum for a standard Pub Casino withdrawal, according to L & L Europe's help centre. Larger wins go out by High-Value Bank Transfer, which handles amounts from £5,000 to £500,000. The operator aims to process requests within 24 hours and to check documents within 24 to 48 hours, then warns that banks can take up to five banking days to credit the money. These articles were last updated in September 2024, so read them as the operator's stated policy, not as a measured payout time.

The help centre sets out the money rules that apply to every L & L Europe brand:

RuleWhat the L & L Europe help centre says
Deposits£10 to £2,500 by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill or Neteller, and £25 to £2,500 by Trustly or bank transfer
Withdrawals£10 to £5,000 per standard method, and £5,000 to £500,000 by High-Value Bank Transfer
NatWest and RBS cardsCard payouts may fail, so the help centre recommends withdrawing through Trustly instead
DocumentsPhoto ID and proof of address are requested, with all four corners of each document visible

The 5% fee is the rule I would flag first. Two help-centre articles from September 2024 say every deposit carries a 1x wagering requirement, and that withdrawing before you meet it can trigger a 5% fee on the withdrawal amount, with an email warning first. One of them ties the fee to accounts that have been inactive for a while. On a £100 withdrawal that means losing £5. Gambling Commission guidance on withdrawals says players must not have to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing from their deposit balance, and that withdrawal charges must not exceed the direct processing cost. If that warning email arrives, challenge the fee with support before you accept it.

Review sites disagree on how fast the money actually arrives. Racing Post lists debit card withdrawals at one to five days and PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Trustly at up to 24 hours, and it gives a £20 minimum withdrawal where the help centre says £10. next.io saw PayPal and Trustly payouts arrive four to six hours after approval. I have not made a deposit or a withdrawal at Pub Casino, so the only operator figure is a 24-hour processing target that I have not tested. Upload your ID and proof of address straight after sign-up: it cuts the chance of a document request once a withdrawal is pending. Payment choice also affects the welcome offer, since Racing Post, next.io and gambling.com list Skrill deposits as excluded, and next.io and gambling.com exclude Neteller too.

Pub Casino Welcome Offer and Bonus Terms

50 Cash Spins worth 20p each is the Pub Casino welcome offer described by Racing Post, updated on 2 November 2026, and by next.io, updated on 30 October 2026. Both say a new player deposits £10 and stakes £10 on slots, the spins expire 48 hours after they land, and winnings are paid as cash with no wagering and no cap. That works out at £10 of spins for a £10 stake. next.io names the game as Octobeer Fortune. The casino's own bonus page would not load during my checks, so read the terms there before you pay in.

Activation order matters more than the offer itself. L & L Europe's welcome offer article, updated in June 2026, says the offer must be activated in the Bonus section before you are sent to the deposit page, because "bonuses cannot be added after the deposit has been completed". Miss that step and the first deposit goes through without the spins.

Older reviews still show a different deal. casino.org lists a 100% match up to £100 with 40x wagering, 30 days to play it through and a £5 maximum bet. Since 19 January 2026 the Gambling Commission has capped bonus wagering at 10x and banned promotions that require play across two or more types of gambling. Any 40x figure attached to Pub Casino is out of date.

The general bonus rules come from the same help centre. Deposit bonuses must be played through within 30 days, free spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses within 48 hours, and slots count 100% towards wagering while table games such as blackjack count nothing. The wagering article, updated in March 2026, gives the maximum bet with bonus funds as £2 and then warns against bets over £5. Stick to £2 a spin while a bonus is active. Players aged 18 to 24 face a £2 limit per slot spin under Gambling Commission rules anyway, and players aged 25 and over face £5.

Existing players get little on top. casino.org and gambling.com found no VIP scheme, and the brand's sitemap shows a tournaments section. next.io puts the tournament prize pools at up to £2,500, credited as bonus funds.

Pub Casino Slots, Slingo and Live Dealer Tables

Slots, Slingo, jackpots and live dealer tables make up the Pub Casino lobby, judging by the sections in the site's own sitemap. It lists video slots, Slingo, tournaments, Rapid Fire Jackpots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows, RNG table games, video poker and a sportsbook. The sitemap also carries a branded Pub Roulette table and game pages for Book of Dead, Starburst, Big Bass, Gates of Olympus, Rainbow Riches and Fishin' Frenzy.

Xmas Joker slot
Star Joker slot
Boat Bonanza slot

Nobody agrees on the size of that lobby. Racing Post counts more than 700 slots and games, casino.org and next.io more than 1,600, OLBG more than 2,000 and gambling.com more than 2,200. Game counts move as studios add and drop titles, but a threefold gap means at least one review is badly out of date, so the headline number tells you very little about what you will actually find.

Evolution supplies most of the live casino, according to Racing Post, casino.org and gambling.com, and because table games add nothing to bonus wagering under the help-centre rules, bonus money gains nothing at the live tables. Bonus spins stay on the slots. Racing Post singles out the live casino as one of Pub Casino's strong points.

Pub Casino Ratings on Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Review Sites

3.5 out of 5 is Pub Casino's TrustScore on Trustpilot, from 1,153 reviews on 4 November 2026. The split is sharp. Of all reviewers, 47% give five stars and 39% give one, with little in between. I read the 20 reviews on the first page, dated from mid-August to early November 2026, and ten of them were one-star, six were five-star and the other four sat in the middle. The company replies to 97% of negative reviews, according to its profile.

The one-star reviews repeat the same complaints: document requests that arrive only once a withdrawal is pending, payouts held for manual review, cancelled bonuses and closed accounts. That pattern matches what the Gambling Commission found in the licensee's withdrawal checks between October 2024 and October 2025. Five-star reviews praise quick payouts. Most of the split comes down to whether a withdrawal goes to manual review.

Casino.Guru shows no complaints against Pub Casino, while AskGamblers has one open case. Casino.Guru gives the brand 9.3 out of 10 on its Safety Index, and the five or six complaints it logs against related L & L Europe casinos were all rejected. AskGamblers scores the brand 7.5 out of 10 and shows one unresolved complaint, from a player chasing a £900 withdrawal since May 2025 who logged a fresh attempt on 1 October 2026. Editorial scores from UK review sites sit in the same band: Racing Post 4.25 out of 5, casino.org 4.1 out of 5 and gambling.com 7.8 out of 10. gambling.com and OLBG also list the brand's sister sites, all run by L & L Europe.

Pub Casino Sister Sites and the One-Account Rule

All British Casino, Fun Casino, CasinoCasino, Yeti Casino, Hyper Casino, Race Casino and Quickbet Casino share an operator and a help centre with Pub Casino. L & L Europe allows one account per brand, so you can hold one account here and one at All British Casino at the same time, but never two at Pub. A self-exclusion set on one brand covers every L & L Europe brand, which means a sister site offers no way around a break you have chosen.

The UKGC register marks Race Casino's address, racecasino.com, as inactive, along with nobonuscasino.com and yakocasino.com. The active sisters share one licence and one help centre with the same withdrawal and bonus rules, and the 2026 settlement was made by the licensee that runs all of them. That shared help centre also handles support and complaints for every brand.

Pub Casino Customer Support and Complaints

24-hour live chat and a phone line on +44 1223 931493, open from 7am to midnight GMT, are Pub Casino's support channels, according to L & L Europe's contact page. Email goes to [email protected], and formal complaints go to [email protected].

Complaints follow a fixed timetable. The operator promises a status update within ten days and aims to resolve the complaint within eight weeks at most. That matches the Gambling Commission's limit, which says the whole complaints process should take eight weeks or less, after which the casino's final letter should explain how to take the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. The help-centre article does not name Pub Casino's ADR provider, so ask support for it in writing when you first complain.

Who Pub Casino Suits and Who Should Skip It

Pub Casino suits UK slot players who pay by debit card, PayPal or Trustly, keep their stakes modest and upload ID and proof of address straight after registering. For them, no-wagering cash spins, a wide slot and Slingo choice and an operator licensed since 2014 add up to a reasonable place to play.

Skip it if you need winnings quickly and predictably. The 2026 settlement, the help-centre line about one withdrawal at a time and a 39% one-star share on Trustpilot all point at the same weak spot. High rollers have little reason to stay either, since casino.org and gambling.com found no VIP scheme and standard withdrawals stop at £5,000.

  • For. L & L Europe's UKGC licence, held since 2014, plus cash spins with no wagering according to two reviews updated in late 2026.
  • Against. The licensee's £900,000 settlement over withdrawal and harm checks, and a help centre that still limits you to one withdrawal at a time.

I score Pub Casino 3 out of 5: fine on licence and games, weak on how it pays out.

Pub Casino FAQ

Is there a Pub Casino bonus code?

No code is needed for the welcome spins, according to Racing Post and gambling.com. L & L Europe's help centre says you have to switch the offer on in the Bonus section before your first deposit, and you cannot add it after the deposit.

Does Pub Casino have a no deposit bonus?

No. casino.org found no no-deposit bonus at Pub Casino, and the welcome spins need a £10 deposit plus a £10 stake on slots. If one appears, the help centre gives no-deposit bonuses 48 hours to be played through.

Does Pub Casino have an app?

Not one I could find: no Pub Casino app listed under L & L Europe turned up in my App Store and Google Play searches on 4 November 2026. next.io and OLBG describe an iOS app, while Racing Post says there is no dedicated app and the site runs in any mobile browser.

Does Pub Casino accept PayPal?

Yes. PayPal is on L & L Europe's list of payment methods, with deposits from £10 to £2,500 and withdrawals from £10 to £5,000. Racing Post puts PayPal payouts at up to 24 hours, and none of the reviews list PayPal among the deposits excluded from the welcome spins.

Is there a stake limit on Pub Casino slots?

Yes. Gambling Commission rules cap online slot stakes at £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 for players aged 18 to 24, at Pub Casino and every other UK-licensed site. Roulette and blackjack fall outside that cap.
